Many of the location independent workers that join Nomad Cruise seem to suffer from the same angst. They are free, yes. But they seem to have trouble finding a path to walk down. Maybe too much freedom, eh? Questions of purpose, identity, and value dominate the internal conversation. This talk helped my audience answer their own questions when it comes to clarifying the code we all choose to follow.
